Of course we are allowed to experience sadness and happiness - it's just a question of how much control. In primary care, you may see a Health Improvement Practitioner who can give you some strategies, but if your situation requires more attention, your GP may refer you to a service for brief therapy.

This is a service that  is a 'Nationwide provider of workplace well-being solutions, assistance and support.
